Cora Jaeschke

Cora Jaeschke is a California based artist, with a focus on Illustration, Animation and Fine Art. Currently her professional work is focused around themes of intimacy, mental health and small everyday moments through the lens of a painterly naturalistic style. Her style is heavily influenced by classic animation, concept art and street art.

Cora’s initial love of art started at a young age where she took classes on storytelling. This in tandem with her traditional drawing fundamentals, fostered her imagination. Upon completion of high school, Cora won her first award in Visual Media. She then dedicated herself to art and storytelling by moving to the Bay Area where she was accepted into the Illustration program at the Academy of Art University. After receiving her degree, Cora began freelance work in various mediums such as; public art, graphic design, illustration, storyboards, character design and teaching.

Outside of her busy life with freelance. Cora is a Co-founder and Art Director of Starter Pack Studio, creating feature animations and comic book literature with a focus on emotional and mental health practices, designed to spread awareness on negative stigmas surrounding mental health. To continue to follow her experience in the mental health field she also is an after-school instructor working with at- risk youth with guiding them into pursuing careers in both fine art and entertainment industries.

When she’s not busying trying to be a super hero. She enjoys hiking, thrifting, urban exploring, studying Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
